Refund policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-returnable items: Opened supplements, used products, or items not in their original condition cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
